(KMOV.com) – The official autopsy report of a teen who exchanged fire with Normandy police October concluded he died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

The St. Louis County Medical Examiner has concluded that Armonderez Green, 18, died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to chin, the report said.

Officers were called to intersection near the address of Ellington and Bermuda Drive on October 28 because of the report of a suicidal subject, police said. Green and officers exchanged fire, police said, before Green turned the gun on himself.

Shortly after the shooting, police determined Green killed himself. The autopsy report was released Tuesday.

Lakea Green, Amonderez’s mother, said she doubts the official police story.
