Police: Suspect threatened to shoot Arnold Subway worker during robbery

ARNOLD, Mo. (KMOV.com) – Authorities are looking for two suspects after an armed robbery was reported at an Arnold Subway Friday evening.

A female employee of the restaurant told police an unidentified man entered the business, located in the 650 block of Jeffco Boulevard, and passed a note demanding money just before 6 p.m.

After passing the note to the clerk, the suspect displayed what the clerk believed to be a gun and threatened to shoot her.

The suspect left the store with an undisclosed amount of money. He was last seen running with another man.

The suspect is described as being between 30 and 40 years old, between 5-foot-9 and 5-foot-11, 200 to 250 pounds, with dark hair, a mustache and light colored eyes.

The second suspect is described as being in his late 40’s. He was seen wearing a blue shirt and light blue jeans.

No other details have been released.

The investigation is ongoing.
