ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV.com) -
St. Louis Children’s Hospital said two cars were broken into at its garage Sunday.
One of the victims is Tasheka Brown, who found out her car was vandalized as the valet returned it to her.
"When he pulled my car back up I went to the passenger side to put my daughter in the back and he stopped me and said, someone busted your window.”
Brown says the thief took her stereo system, speakers and baby clothes and says the car was broken into out of the view of security cameras.
Children’s Hospital uses a private firm, Clayton Valet, to park cars at their garage. A company official says the incident is an “unfortunate circumstance,” and the break-in is being investigated by the hospital.
Overall, Children’s Hospital says six cars inside their garage have been broken into in 2015.
