ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV.com) – A St. Louis woman is facing her fourth driving while intoxicated charge after she was allegedly involved in a wreck earlier this year.

Tamera Jean Ward, 55, was taken into custody in March after she was involved in an accident on Telegraph Road in St. Louis County.

According to the responding officer, Ward showed numerous signs of intoxication at the crash scene and admitted to drinking eight to nine beers. Ward submitted to a chemical test of her breath and her blood alcohol content was found to be .15 percent, police said.

Ward had previously pleaded guilty to three other drunk driving charges, according to court documents.

Following her arrest, Ward was taken into custody and held on a $50,000 bond.
