Horry County (WMBF) - An alleged brutal bar fight and high-speed police chase have Horry County Sheriff's deputies searching for two suspects.
According to a Horry County Police report, 29-year-old Matthew Seaford beat up a man in the parking lot of the Beach Money Bar in Garden City on August 7, 2015. The report states that officers saw the victim laying in the lot with a bloody face that was puffy and bruised. It said the victim was going in and out of consciousness. A witness broke up the brawl and called 911 but when officers arrived, Seaford had already fled the scene. His last known address is on Glenns Bay Road in Surfside Beach.
Sebastian Anderson, 21, allegedly led police on a high speed chase while driving with a suspended license. The Horry County Police report states that officers saw a vehicle with no tags and when they attempted to pull it over, he sped down Highway 90 northbound in the Conway section of the county in speeds of excess of 100 miles per hour. Officers deployed stop sticks and Anderson's car hit them. He was arrested but never showed up for court. The sheriff's office says he's also wanted in a separate incident for obtaining goods under false pretenses and violation of check law.
