Warrants were issued for 42-year-old Christopher Pierce
ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV.com) -
A 57-year-old man was stabbed while walking to his vehicle after leaving his home around 6:15 Thursday morning.
The victim reportedly saw Christopher Pierce, 42, coming outside of a nearby alley, screaming and yelling profanities at him. The suspect knocked him to the ground and stabbed him several times in the leg, according to police.
The suspect was found in the 700 block of N. Tucker after a caller reported a suspicious person. He was taken into custody and the knife was also confiscated.
The victim was taken to a hospital and is listed in stable condition.
Warrants have been issued against Pierce for assault and armed criminal action. A judge issued a $300,000 cash-only bond..
