ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV.com) – Two men are facing multiple charges after they alleged pistol-whipped a victim during an armed robbery in June.
Christopher Ellis, 39, and Spencer W. Banks, 26, along with a third unnamed suspect, are accused of robbing two victims at gunpoint in the 4010 block of Butler.
According to the probable cause statement, during the robbery, the unnamed suspect pistol-whipped one of the victims.
After being arrested, Banks, police said, was in possession of a wallet stolen from one of the victims.
Ellis and Banks are charged with two counts of first-degree robbery and two counts of armed criminal action. Both men are being held on a $100,000 bond.
Information and charges regarding the unnamed suspect have not been released.
