ST. LOUIS, MO ( – In a now infamous viral video posted several weeks ago, an Illinois woman voiced her frustration with the violence impacting the St. Louis area.

In her first video Hubbard, who grew up in St. Louis, took to social media to talk about the community's response to the shooting of 9-year-old Jamyla Bolden and an officer-involved shooting in north St. Louis.

News 4’s Alissa Reitmeier spoke with Hubbard.

"People are tired, and I became one of those individuals and got tired [seeing] the city destroy itself and seeing itself protest for the wrong cause," Hubbard said during the one-on-one interview.

With the recent shooting of a Texas deputy and two Vermont journalists being killed on live TV Peggy Hubbard has once again released a video that is gaining quite a lot of attention.

“We say we want black lives to matter, but yet we go and take a life,” said Hubbard in her latest video post.
