ARNOLD, MO (KMOV.com) – Police in Arnold are investigating a theft that occurred at a home last week on Shelley Lynn Drive when the residents were on vacation.

According to police, multiple pieces of jewelry valued over $10,000 were stolen from the residence. Neighbors reported seeing a broken window, but they had not seen or heard anything near the home.

Police checked the home and found the rear garage entry door and an interior door wide open with several items missing throughout the home.

When the owners arrived home they notified police that multiple guitars, jewelry and amplifiers were missing from the residence. In all over $20,000 worth of items were stolen.

Police were able to recover prints, but have not identified a suspect at this time.
