FLORISSANT, Mo. (KMOV.com) – A $10,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for fatally shooting a Florissant repair shop employee.

On August 20, around 5:30 p.m., 57-year-old Alan Roach was found dead at Montgomery Auto Parts, located in the 1900 block of Washington Street.

Police believe Roach was shot during an apparent robbery.

Authorities believe the suspect was driving a dark gray or black Acura MDX with an unknown temporary license at the time of the shooting.

State Representative Keith English and the owner of a local auto parts store raised an additional $5,000 to contribute to the original $5,000 reward that was offered by an anonymous business.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Florissant Police Department at 314-831-7000
