ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV.com) – A 22-year-old St. Louis man is facing charges after allegedly abusing a girl and breaking her leg in June.

Lashawn Lantal Jordan-Cole, of the 10640 block of Lookaway Drive, is accused of picking up the girl, who was under the age of 18, by her leg and hitting her in the face and back.

The girl sustained a broken leg and bruising during the incident, police said.

Jordan-Cole was charged with abuse or neglect of a child. He is currently being held on a $20,000 bond.
