(KMOV.com) – In an effort to promote harmony in St. Louis, Better Family Life will be hosting Peacefest in Forest Park on August 29.
With many people outraged by the death of 9-year-old Jamyla Bolden, the event falls in a time where many parents and citizens are demanding an end to violence.
Many different activities will be offered at Peacefest including a kickball, softball, and a 5K.
