FARMINGTON (KMOV.com) -

The co-owner of Stix n Steins is charged with unlawful use of weapon and third-degree assault for allegedly pulling a gun on an employee.

Faith Lynn stated that co-owner Larry Davis pulled a pistol out of his pocket and pointed it at her around 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

Lynn said Davis walked in the door and she asked customers if they had watched the Addams Family. Lynn said after the customers said "yes," she said, "we have Uncle Fester in the house signing autographs."

She said that is when Davis pulled a silver .38 special out of his right pants pocket and pointed it at her head with his finger on the trigger.

Lynn said he held that position for awhile then put it back down and went into his office.

Witnesses gave written statements indicating that Davis pointed the gun at Lynn.

Lt. Chris Bullock spoke with Davis about the incident and he said Lynn made a comment referring to him as Uncle Fester and he pointed his gun at her.

Davis said it really pissed him off.  He was about 40 feet away when he pointed the gun at her.

The pistol was taken to be placed into evidence.

Police obtained video footage from Stix n Steins which showed Davis pulling a pistol out of his pocket and pointing it at Lynn, according to authorities.

Davis declined to make a further statement until he spoke with his attorney.
