Orange Balsamic Chicken

Personal Chef Mary Gutzler shares her recipe for Orange Balsamic Chicken. 

8-bone in skin on chicken thighs
2-tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 
2-tablespoons butter
3-tablespoons balsamic vinegar 
4-oranges (2 sliced up and 2 juiced)
1-lime, sliced
Salt and Pepper

Salt and pepper both sides of your chicken.  Place your pan on the stove top med/high add the olive oil then add the chicken.  Cook on both sides until seared.  Then add all the other ingredients and place into a pre heated 450 degree oven for 15 minutes then remove and serve with your choice of vegetable.

*you can do all of this in the oven and skip the searing.  If you do this place into the oven for 30-40 minutes.*
