ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV.com) – A St. Louis man has been charged with damaging jail property after allegedly throwing a blood sugar monitor against a wall.
Charles E. Hall Jr., 61, shattered the blood sugar monitor, which belonged to the St. Louis County Justice Center, when he threw it against the wall on April 22, according to police.
Hall is charged with damaging jail property, a class D felony. He is currently being held on a $5,000 bond.
