ST. LOUIS, MO. (KMOV.com) – Four people were killed and two others injured during four separate shootings in the St. Louis area overnight.

The first shooting occurred in the 4400 block of Maffitt around 9:15 Wednesday night. According to police, three men were attempting to meet subjects to purchase marijuana and were shot by the suspects.

When officers arrived they found 25-year-old Mykale Donald sitting in the driver’s seat of a Jeep Grand Cherokee with gunshot wounds to his upper torso. Donald was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The second victim, is described as a male in his 20’s. He sustained a gunshot wound to his knee and was listed in critical, but stable condition. The third victim survived with a gunshot wound to his back. The 19-year-old was taken to the hospital by private conveyance and is in critical/stable condition.

The investigation revealed the vehicle the victims were found in was reported stolen from Northwoods in early August. Police also found two handguns and suspected narcotics in the vehicle.

Less than 30 minutes later, a man showed up at a local hospital with a gunshot wound to the leg. The victim told police he was near Semple and Wells when he sustained the wound. The 41-year-old man was listed in stable condition, police said.

Roughly two hours later, in the 2700 block of Blair, homicide was requested after a man was found shot to death. The victim, described by police as a man in his 20’s, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police responded to 6000 Block of Shulte around 12:22 a.m. Thursday morning, for a double shooting. Both a man and woman were found. The victims were Devon Fletcher, 28, and Whitney Brown, 24, the victims were found shot outside, police said.

Fletcher was found shot in his abdomen and was pronounced dead at the scene. Brown had been shot in her chest. She was transported to the hospital where she was pronounced dead.

According to police, unknown suspects in a white pickup truck were coming from Mimika and began firing shots at a group of people standing outside.

As of Thursday morning, there have been 126 homicides reported in the City of St. Louis in 2015.

All four investigations are ongoing.
