ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV.com) – A late-night shooting Tuesday resulted in multiple victims, one suffering fatal injuries, in north St. Louis.
Around 11:15 p.m., an unknown suspect opened fire, while sitting inside a four-door sedan, on a group of people who were on the front porch of a home in the 2500 block of Semple Avenue, hitting three women and two men.
Dominque Young, 21, of the 2500 block of Semple, sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. The other four victims were taken to the hospital with various gunshot wounds and were listed in stable condition.
The shooting was one of five reported overnight across the St. Louis area.
Tuesday night’s shooting occurred in the same block where a man in his 20’s sustained multiple fatal gunshot wounds Sunday. Authorities have not said if they believe the two shootings are related.
The identity of the deceased victim has not been released.
Authorities have not released any information regarding suspects.
