RICHMOND HEIGHTS, Mo. (KMOV.com) -

Police arrested a man accused of secretly filming someone in a restroom stall at the St. Louis Galleria.

Authorities said Johnny Ton, 39, is charged with invasion of privacy and indecency after recording video of an unknowing person in a men’s restroom at the Galleria on July 14.

“I’m glad to see that he’s been arrested and off the streets,” said a mall patron. “People should’t have their privacy invaded like that.”

A similar incident happened in May when police said a man secretly recorded a woman in a dressing room at the Target store in Brentwood.
