(KMOV.com) – A 38-year-old Fenton man has been sent to jail for six years because of his fifth DWI conviction.

Gary Harrison most recent arrest happened when he failed sobriety tests in a Pevely McDonald’s parking lot.

Harrison has been pulled over and arrested three different times in a span of six months. All were DWI related.

There is a chance he could be released early if he completes treatment.
