Man plans to live on top of billboard until St. Louis has homicide-free week

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV.com) – The owner of an advertising agency said he will live on a billboard until St. Louis goes seven straight days without a homicide.

Daniel “Boone” Fuller, who owns Ad Unity, a company that places ads on billboards, said he is doing it to highlight how bad violence has gotten in St. Louis. Fuller has already put up billboards urging community unity.

“I’m up on a billboard 12 to 18 hours a day anyway, have been since I was little. What’s another 304 more hours to highlight this need to stop the killing. We must stop it now, not later,” said Fuller.

Fuller said lightning is the only hazard that would force him down from the billboard.
