ST. CHARLES, Mo. (KMOV.com) –  A St. Charles man is facing charges after he allegedly concealed a painkiller behind a stamp in a letter mailed to a Warren County Jail inmate.

Kenneth Dufrenne, 58, is accused of putting six squared strips underneath three stamps on an envelope last November. The strips were not part of the stamps and appeared to be drug-related, according to police.
