JEFFERSON COUNTY, Mo. (KMOV.com) -

Central County Fire Dispatch responded to a second alarm house fire in northern Jefferson County on Friday afternoon.

The home on Valley Trail, just outside of Eureka, was fully involved in flames when fire crews arrived.

Officials say the home is owned by a family of four, but they are out of town. No injuries were reported.

Eureka Fire Department was assisted by crews from High Ridge, Pacific, Cedar Hill, Metro West, Fenton, Valley Park, Monarch, West County and Boles Fire Protection Districts.

According to officials, units had to shuttle water with tankers to the scene of the fire.
