Group offering free bicycle valet services at Fair St. Louis

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV.com) – Free bicycle valet stations will be available to fair-goers at Fair St. Louis this weekend.

Trailnet will offer the free valet services to anyone who chooses to ride their bike to the fair.

The valet stations will be located near the entry to the fairgrounds, at both the east and west gates. The valet services will run from 4:30 to 10:30 p.m. Thursday and noon to 10:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

Trailnet is a local nonprofit that specializes in alternate transportation and advocates for pedestrians and cyclists.

    One person died in a double shooting that happened in South City Friday evening. The shooting happened in the 7400 block of Gravois, which is near the St. Louis City-St. Louis County border.
