FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS, Ill. (KMOV.com) -- Firefighters from Fairview Heights, O'Fallon and Collinsville responded after a fire was reported at Lotawata Creek Restaurant Saturday morning.
The incident happened around 7:00 a.m. Fire officials say the fire was contained to the kitchen and there was no damage to other parts of the restaurant.
The total cost of the damage is between $50,000 and $100,000.
The restaurant will be closed for approximately two weeks, according to the owners.
