ST. PETERS, Mo. (KMOV.com) -

A St. Peters woman accused of supplying alcohol to a pair of teenagers faces one count of child endangerment and is scheduled to appear in court for a plea hearing next week.

Latasha Gorman, 36, allegedly gave a bottle of vodka to her 14-year-old daughter and her daughter's 13-year-old friend in September 2013, according to court documents.

Police said the friend was taken to an area hospital and treated for alcohol poisoning.

"My daughter had an alcohol level three times the limit of an adult, which is very dangerous for a child," said Diane Kornberger, mother of the then 13-year-old.

Court records show Gorman does not have a previous criminal record.

News 4's Alexis Zotos attempted to speak with Gorman, but was told she had no comment.
