LAKE ST. LOUIS, MO (KMOV.com) – A Lake St. Louis man was sentenced to 25 years in prison on Monday for sexually assaulting a girl under the age of 14.

The assailant, 48-year-old Paul Erffmeyer, pleaded guilty in April to four counts of statutory sodomy, four counts of possession of child pornography, and an additional count for child molestation, incest and tampering with a witness.

According to police, Erffmeyer had stayed in several hotels within the area when the crimes were committed during the summer of 2014.
