Drunk driver sentenced 5 years in prison for accident that killed firefighter

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Mo. (KMOV.com) -

A 38-year-old woman was sentenced to 5 years in prison for a fatal car accident that killed an off-duty Eureka firefighter in March, 2014.

Police said Jael Clem of Pacific was intoxicated at the time of the two-car crash on Highway O in Franklin County.

Gregory Light, a 27-year veteran of the Eureka Fire Department, died at the scene.

Clem's 11-year-old daughter survived the accident.
