ST. LOUIS (KMOV) -- Police are investigating three separate shootings that left four people wounded Saturday night and early Sunday.
The first shooting took place around 6:45 p.m. in the 5500 block of Emerson. A 27-year-old man said he was walking in the area of West Florissant and Emerson when he heard gunshots and felt pain in his abdomen.
Two unknown subjects conveyed the victim to the hospital and contacted police. The victim is listed as stable.
Police say the suspect was driving a gold Pontiac Grand Prix with tinted windows.
Fifteen minutes later, police report a 19-year-old male was walking in the 4300 block of Lee when he heard gunshots and felt pain in his leg. The victim realized he had been shot. A relative took him to the hospital where he is listed as stable. Police do not have a suspect.
Around 2:04 a.m., two men in the Sr. Marie Charles Park possibly opened fire on each other, police say.
An investigation revealed the two men and their friends were partying when a fight ensued. A 22-year-old man sustained a gunshot wound to the abdomen and foot. He was transported to the hospital by friends.
Another 22-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound to the abdomen and was taken by EMS and listed as critical. No weapons were recovered and the investigation is ongoing.
