MARYLAND HEIGHTS, Mo. (KMOV.com) - A 31-year-old man was charged for allegedly firing bullets that entered the home of a neighbor while intoxicated in St. Louis County.

Police said that Robert Majors, of Maryland Heights, and another suspect knowingly discharged a .22 caliber rifle at walls in their home while under the influence of alcohol.

The bullets went through the walls of Majors' residence and penetrated the walls of a neighboring residence in the 11000 block of Mars Lane.

A woman was sleeping feet from where the bullets entered her residence at the time of the incident, according to police.

Majors was charged with unlawful use of a weapon while intoxicated, a felony.

No one was hurt in the incident.
