CASEYVILLE, Ill. (KMOV.com) -- A Caseyville resident is facing charges after he allegedly intentionally hit another vehicle and drove away from the scene.

David Rodriquez, 28, is accused of ramming his vehicle into the victim's vehicle following a verbal disturbance in the 1000 block of South Main Street on April 27.

The victim did not suffer any injuries in the accident.

Rodriquez is charged with criminal damage to property, a class four felony, and failure to stop after a motor vehicle accident involving damage, a class A misdemeanor.

Rodriquez is currently being held at the St. Clair County Jail on a $30,000 bond.
