Disabled man stalked by suspect in angry fit of road rage

(KMOV.com) - A disabled man said an agitated driver followed him home in an outrageous case of road rage on Mother's Day.

John Branch said the angry driver stalked him for more than 20 miles and ended up in his driveway in Fenton.

The 22-year-old man then got out of his car and began punching Branch's car windows while cursing at him, Branch said. During this violent encounter, Branch said he called 9-1-1 for assistance.

The driver was taken into custody and police said they found a small amount of marijuana on him.

Criminal charges have not been filed, but the driver faces several ordinance violations.
