ST. LOUIS, Mo (KMOV.com) – Five people, including a teenager, were injured in three separate shootings throughout the St. Louis area overnight.
A man was shot just outside his home on Fontaine Place, in Bellefontaine Neighbors, around 10:00 Wednesday night.
The man's condition has not been released.
A little over an hour later, officers in St. Louis City were called to the 3700 block of South Compton where two women and a teenager were shot.
Officers said a 27-year-old woman was grazed in the ear by a bullet. Another woman, 26, was shot in the leg. The third victim, a 16-year-old boy suffered a grazed wound to the buttocks.
The victims were sitting on the front porch of a home with a 1-year-old boy and 2-year-old girl when the shooting occurred.
All of three victims are listed in stable condition.
Less than 45 minutes later, officers were called to a hospital after a 39-year-old man came in with a gunshot wound to the leg.
The victim told officers he was in an alley in the 4800 block of Kossuth when he was shot. Police said the man did not see who fired the shot.
The man is listed in stable condition.
Authorities have not released any suspect descriptions in any of the cases.
