SHILOH, Ill. (KMOV.com) – Police have a man in custody who allegedly threatened two officers after being arrested for breaking into vehicles in Shiloh, Illinois. 

Jonathan S. Cousan, of Fenton, Missouri, is accused of breaking into vehicles in the 3300 block of Greenmount Crossing Drive on Sunday.

When Cousan was taken into custody, he made specific threats to harm two police officers and made physical contact with one of the officers, police said.

Cousan is being charged with one count of aggravated battery on a peace officer and two counts of threatening a public official.

Cousan is currently being held on a $175,000 bond at the St. Clair County Jail.
