WASHINGTON, Mo. (KMOV.com) - Police in Washington, Missouri have arrested three suspects in the robbery of Wimpy's Sandwich Shop and discovered one of the suspects is related to the victim.

The only suspect who has been charged so far is 27-year-old Richard Hiatte, who is facing a charge of second degree robbery.

In November, a female co-owner of Wimpy's was knocked to the ground and robbed as she arrived to open the restaurant at 6 a.m.

The victim is Hiatte's nephew. Other relatives told News 4 that Hiatte has a heroin problem.

Hiatte's bond is set at $25,000.
