 Spring clean your diet with these recipes from STL Dairy Council. 

Peachy Keen Smoothie


½ cup milk, low-fat

½ cup plain yogurt, fat-free

1 cup frozen peaches, unsweetened

¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

1 ½ tablespoons honey

1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Combine milk, yogurt, peaches, vanilla extract, honey, and cinnamon into a blender.  Blend until creamy and smooth.  Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Chipotle Pepper Dip


1 teaspoon chipotle pepper sauce

2 (8-ounce) containers low-fat plain yogurt 

1/2 cup thick and chunky salsa

2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped

1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Assorted cut vegetables or corn chips

Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; mix until blended and refrigerate. Add shredded cheese. Serve with assorted cut vegetables or corn chips.
