CASEYVILLE, Ill. (KMOV.com) – A Fenton man is facing his fourth driving under the influence charge.
Matthew Mueller, 29, was taken into custody by an officer with the Caseyville Police Department after officers noticed an open bottle of alcohol inside the vehicle. Mueller was administer failed sobriety tests and failed them, according to police.
According to police, Mueller had a revoked Missouri driver’s license due to a prior DUI arrest.
Warrants were issued for Mueller, he is currently at large.
