ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) – The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has issued warrants against a man suspected of two separate burglaries following the grand jury announcement.

Leroy Allen, 34, of St. Louis, is charged with two counts of second degree burglary and two counts of stealing for two separate incidents on Nov. 24.

Police located Allen hiding inside a locked bathroom at the Dellwood Market shortly before midnight on Nov. 24. Allen was taken into custody for burglary and stealing after being found at the market, but was released pending the application of warrants.

According to police, Allen was later identified as a suspect in the Phillips 66 looting incident after surveillance video allegedly showed him breaking into the gas station.

Allen is currently being held on two separate bonds of $20,000 and $15,000.
