Eating out frequently? Here's some tips for making it healthier

(CNN) -- Dr. Andrew Weil has been an advocate for healthy eating since the 1970s. Dr. Weil says if you're eating out a lot, there are some common sense tips to make your dining experience a bit more healthier.
-No bread and butter. Order olive oil instead, since it's a healthier fat.
-Order dressing and sauce on the side.
-Avoid fried items.
-Remember portion control.
-Got a sweet tooth? Go ahead and order dessert, but share it with your company.
