ST. LOUIS (KMOV) -- Police made 67 arrests during the Mardi Gras celebration on Saturday.
The cooler temperatures helped keep the crowds calm. Most of the arrests were for underage drinking.
"We had undercover officers that were specifically looking for underage drinkers on Mardi Gras grounds," said Michael Caruso of the St. Louis Police Department.
Seven attendees received minor injuries and six arrests were made for driving while intoxicated. Two subjects were arrested for third-degree assault, one subject arrested for trespassing, one person arrested for buying liquor for a minor, one subject arrested for selling liquor to a minor and one felony traffic warrant.
