FERGUSON, Mo (KMOV.com) – Investigators say they know who allegedly started a fire in the Ferguson Market after the grand jury’s announcement in November.
According to court documents, Antonio Whiteside “maliciously attempted to damage and destroy, by means of fire and explosive materials.”
The Ferguson Supermarket is located on West Florissant Avenue. Once he is caught, prosecutors are asking that Whiteside be denied bond because they consider him dangerous and a flight risk.
Police are still searching for Whiteside. The investigation is ongoing.
