ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. (KMOV.com) -- Students from the Normandy Schools Collaborative (NSC) have previously been rejected from transferring to other districts, but a new ruling will prevent the rejections in the future.
St. Louis County Circuit Judge Michael D. Burton ruled on Wednesday that local districts will not be allowed to prevent the transfers in the future.
Acting Superintendent Dr. Charles Pearson of the NSC called the decision "disappointing."
The Normandy Schools Collaborative is currently unaccredited.
