CAHOKIA, Ill. (KMOV.com)- Charges have been filed against five men in connection with an armed robbery of a Cahokia Shop'n Save on Jan. 11.
Surveillance video was released shortly after the robbery in attempt to catch the suspects.
Byron "Josh" Holton, 26, Undray C. Webb, 25, Devante J. Hodge, 22, and Durand L. Harper, 25, all of Cahokia, as well as LaMarcus D. Jackson, 28, from Centreville, are facing multiple armed robbery charges.
Byron and Devante Holton, Webb and Jackson allegedly entered the store in masks and pointed weapons at store employees while demanding money.
The men fled with more than $7,000 and met with Durand Harper, who police believe was the getaway driver.
If convicted, each defendant faces a term in prison of up to 20 years, a fine of up to $250,000 and a term of supervised release of up to three years.
Each defendant also faces another charge, which could result in a minimum term in prison of seven years and a maximum term of life, as well as a fine of up to $250,000 and a term of supervised release of up to five years.
