SAUGET, Ill. (KMOV.com) – Metro-East emergency officials transported five people, including two special needs students and the driver, to the hospital after their school bus ran off the road Thursday afternoon.

The other two victims transported to the hospital were adult bus monitors in the Cahokia School District. The condition of the five are unknown, but are said to be non-life threatening.
