FENTON, Mo (KMOV.com) – Two suspects allegedly punched a 65-year-old woman and robbed her at a Best Buy in Fenton Wednesday afternoon.

According to investigators, the victim was walking out of the store around 2:15 p.m. when two African-American suspects approached her, punched her, and stole her purse, cell phone, and her recently-purchased items.

The suspects then fled the scene in a stolen white Monte Carlo with Missouri license plate “1DD486.” One witness to the robbery followed the suspects and was able to take a picture of the vehicle.

Police say they are trying to work with Best Buy to get any surveillance images of the suspects' faces. Anyone with information is asked to call the St. Louis County Police Department or CrimeStoppers at (314)-725-8477.

The investigation is ongoing.
