 FAST ANTI- INFLAMMATORY MEAL TO "TAME THE FLAME"

 
START WITH:
2-3 JULIENNED ZUCCHINI (USE VEGGIE PEELER ) 
(PUT IN OVEN/ MICROWAVE SAFE DISH, TOP WITH THE SAUCE BELOW)
 
HOW TO MAKE A HEALTHY MEAT SAUCE:
- 1 LB GRASS-FED BEEF, BROWNED AND DRAINED OF EXCESS FAT
ADD: 
- 1 CAN FIRE ROASTED MUIR GLEN TOMATOES (16-32 OZ)
- 1-2 TBSP ITALIAN OR HERBS DE PROVINCE (NO SUGAR, NO STARCH)
- 1 TSP SEA SALT (CELTIC)
 
**OPTIONAL: 1-2 TBSP RED STAR NUTRITIONAL YEAST(TASTES CHEESY AND ADDS B VITAMINS AND PROTEIN)
 
COOK IN THE OVEN FOR 20-30 MIN AT 375 OR MICROWAVE FOR 8 MINS in STONEWARE/ROCKCROC
