ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) – Several protesters marched to St. Louis Mayor Francis Slay’s house carrying a coffin and handmade tombstones Monday morning.
The march began at 6:00 a.m. and was organized to mark the 6-months it has been since Michael Brown’s death.
The march was promoted on social media using #MondayMourning. St. Louis police say between 30-40 protesters gathered outside the home. No arrests were made.
While outside the Mayor’s home, the protesters read a list of demands and requested that Slay come outside, which he did not do.
