(KMOV.com) - A Cedar Hill man is facing charges for allegedly intentionally running over the owner of a towing company on the company's lot.

Timothy McGrane, 36, is charged with second degree felony assault. McGrane is accused of intentionally running over the owner of Dittmer Towing after an argument.  Employees said McGrane and the victim were arguing over a bill.

After the argument, police said McGrane left, came back 15 minutes later, and intentionally hit the victim with his car.

McGrane is being held on $4,000 cash only bond.

(KMOV.com) – Police said they arrested a 36-year-old who allegedly intentionally hit the owner of a towing company in Dittmer before fleeing the scene.

Police said the suspect and the owner of Dittmer Towing got into an argument on the towing company’s lot, which is located in 7800 block of Highway 30, around 2:00 p.m. Tuesday. Employees told News 4 the argument was over a bill.

According to police, the suspect then left Dittmer Towing and returned 15 minutes later.  He then allegedly intentionally hit the victim with his car. The culprit then fled.

The victim was taken to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The suspect was later found and arrested.
