(KMOV)—A 19-year-old man has been charged with child molestation and attempted kidnapping after the victim was able to get away and alert police.
According to police reports, Robert Lee Dixon, 19, grabbed the five-year-old female victim from behind, while she was playing outside on the 2700 block of Arsenal.
