When you are a bad sports organization there are usually reasons behind it. It is not a case of bad luck. It is usually some combination of bad decisions, bad planning and bad leadership. The St. Louis Rams certainly fit all of those categories. With that being said there was hope that the bizarre infighting was finally starting to evaporate in Earth City now that all of those that were in the football decision capacities (i.e. Martz, Zygmunt, Shaw) were out of the mix. That apparently is not the case. Proof of that resides in the news that the Rams released long time trainer Jim Anderson from his position with the Rams after working with the team for the past 26 years.
