The Town and Country Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a subject that is shown on surveillance video running through the interior of a closed business.
The burglary occurred on December 29, 2009 at approximately 5:18 am. Police were called to the business at that time in reference to a burglar alarm that was called in to Town and Country Dispatch Center by the business’ security company.
Responding officers arrived on the scene, found no one in the building, but did locate pry marks on an exterior door and on the door to the manager’s office. After reviewing surveillance camera tapes later the same day, a Waterway manager observed a subject running through the interior of the business towards the front door just prior to the police arriving.
The subject is described as a teen aged white male wearing a brown “hoodie”, and orange T-shirt with a yellow graphic, blue sweat pants with a yellow “S” on the outside of the left leg, and white tennis shoes.
The Waterway Carwash is located in Town and Country at 388 Lamp and Lantern Village, near the intersection of Clayton and Woodsmill Roads.
